About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with 3–4 years in B2B marketing or demand generation. You’ll take ownership of outbound campaigns, LinkedIn automation, content creation, and CRM management. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, working directly with the founder while coordinating with client teams. Advanced Email Marketing & Outreach:
The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in designing and executing high-performing email campaigns, with the ability to craft custom email sequences that capture attention, build engagement, and drive conversions. They should understand how to ensure spam-free delivery by optimizing copy, removing spam triggers, and applying deliverability best practices so emails consistently land in the inbox. We are looking for someone who can manage the end-to-end campaign process — from domain warmup and copywriting to scheduling, follow-ups, and performance optimization — ensuring outreach runs smoothly and effectively. Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Instantly.ai, Apollo, HubSpot, Sales Navigator, and similar platforms is essential to succeed in this role.
The ideal candidate should also excel in precision targeting, with the ability to build high-quality, verified email lists tailored to the ideal client profile using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Apollo.io and Hunter.io
LinkedIn Growth & Outreach
You’ll manage multi-step prospecting flows through Dripify tool, handle multiple LinkedIn profiles, and engage 800–1,000 ideal prospects each month. You will also drive partner outreach on LinkedIn, identifying resellers and building relationships that can open new sales channels.
Content & Social Media
You will create two to three engaging LinkedIn posts per week, blending thought leadership with short videos. Podcasts will be repurposed into multiple snippets to feed content pipelines. You will also work with customers to build case studies and produce short video content around them for use on social media. Additionally, you will plan and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns to drive awareness and pipeline growth.
Podcast Campaigns
You will coordinate at least two podcasts per month, managing scheduling, guest communication, and light preparation. These podcasts will then be turned into valuable content assets that support outreach and positioning.
CRM & Reporting
You’ll ensure all qualified leads are entered into HubSpot CRM with the right tags and notes. Keeping the CRM clean and campaign trackers updated will be key. You will also provide weekly performance reports on outreach, meetings booked, and conversions.
Client Coordination
You will act as the link between our team and client teams, gathering essential marketing inputs such as case studies, testimonials, and brand guidelines. You’ll manage approvals for campaigns and content, and collaborate with client teams via Slack and Zoom to keep execution smooth.
Requirements
We’re seeking a candidate with 3–4 years of proven experience in B2B marketing or lead generation. You should be confident using outbound tools like Apollo, Instantly, and Dripify, with knowledge of HubSpot CRM for pipeline management. You must have experience running LinkedIn Ads, creating case studies, and producing content for social media. Strong written English and excellent communication skills are essential, as you’ll be coordinating directly with clients. Familiarity with simple design and video tools like Canva or CapCut is an advantage. Above all, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment.
