Your Mission

Own the entire marketing‑operations cycle—from the first discovery call to a fully optimised, appointment‑generating funnel—while keeping our creative squad (video editors, copywriters, CRO specialists, email marketers, media buyers) and the client in perfect sync.

What You’ll Do

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management

  • Lead kickoff workshops, gather disclosure and compliance docs, and translate growth goals into a 90‑day roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary contact for advisor questions, weekly KPI reviews, and ad‑hoc campaign tweaks.

Project & Team Coordination

  • Plan agile sprints, assign tasks, remove blockers, and keep Slack/ClickUp boards green.
  • Facilitate daily stand‑ups and Friday retros so creative, CRO, and media workstreams ship on time.

Funnel Build & Optimisation

  • Spin up compliant lead‑gen funnels in ClickFunnels & GoHighLevel; integrate calendar‑booking, email/SMS, and CRM.
  • Partner with CRO to A/B‑test headlines, offers, and page layouts to lift opt‑in rates and booked calls.

Paid Acquisition Management

  • Architect and scale Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube campaigns; monitor CPL, CPA (booked call), and ROAS in partnership with media buyers.

  • Run structured creative and audience tests; pivot fast when market conditions shift.

Performance Reporting

  • Pull data into Looker Studio dashboards, spotlight insights, and propose next tests.
  • Escalate risks early and celebrate big wins publicly.

Process & Compliance

  • Document SOPs, automate recurring tasks, and ensure every asset passes compliance review.

Must‑Have Experience

  • 3+ years in performance/growth marketing—ideally B2B lead generation or agency side
  • Hands‑on ClickFunnels & GoHighLevel build skills (not just theory)
  • Managed ≥ $30k/month ad spend with demonstrable CPA/CPL reductions
  • Familiarity with regulated‑industry marketing (financial services, insurance, etc.) and compliance workflows
  • Fluency in marketing KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, LTV) and test‑design methodology
  • Strong project‑management chops (Slack/ClickUp) and agile ceremonies
  • Clear, confident English on client calls and Loom videos
  • Engineer‑minded approach to problem‑solving and data analysis
  • Positive, proactive attitude and excellent team communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Perfect English—written and spoken

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Series 65/63 knowledge or prior financial‑services marketing experience
  • Copywriting or script‑writing for direct‑response video
  • Email automation (ActiveCampaign, Smartlead) and chatbot flows
  • Experience leading remote, cross‑functional teams
