About the Opportunity

We’re building a curated bench of talented web designers and developers to support upcoming website projects for our financial advisor clients. This is not an immediate hire. Instead, we’re proactively connecting with experienced freelancers we can partner with on future engagements as projects arise.

Advisor Pages is a boutique creative studio and marketing team dedicated to helping financial advisors enhance their digital footprint and scale their business. Every project is personal. Every detail matters. And every site we build is designed to stand out in a landscape where everything tends to look the same.

We’re looking for an experienced Web Designer/Developer who understands that the financial services industry demands more than cookie-cutter templates. It requires cutting-edge design that communicates expertise and visual design that resonates with the ideal client.

What You’ll Do

• Design + Develop High-End Advisor Websites: Build custom, premium-quality websites. Strong preference for candidates with experience in the advisor, wealth management, or professional services space.
• Create Elevated Experiences: Translate visual identity into modern, clean, conversion-minded designs.
• Heatmapping & UX Analysis: Experience with tools like Hotjar is ideal.
• Local SEO & Technical Optimization: Implement SEO best practices, optimize site structure, and ensure advisors show up where their audience is searching.
• AI Search Optimization: Partner with our team to adapt websites for emerging AI search behaviors; understand structured content and how to keep sites relevant as search evolves.
• Collaborate with a High-Touch Team: We value designers who can think like partners—not just implementers.
• Maintain Best Practices: Ensure fast load times, accessibility, and responsive design.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in web design and development
• Experience working with financial advisors or other professional service firms
• A portfolio showcasing custom, elevated, modern web design
• Strong understanding of UX, heatmapping, and user behavior analysis
• Solid grasp of local SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization
• Ability to design with SEO, AI search, and long-term content strategy in mind
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, relationship-centered approach
• Proficiency with platforms such as Figma and WordPress.
