Job Objective
The Growth Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building, executing, and optimizing digital funnels and automated campaigns to generate qualified leads (MQLs) and contribute to the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a strong combination of analytical and creative skills, including expertise in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and automation tools, as well as experience in CRO, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
1. Funnel Ownership & Optimization
- Build and refine funnels in GoHighLevel, landing pages, and attribution systems, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable MQL growth.
2. Automation & Reporting
- Implement and maintain automations in GoHighLevel, Zapier, and related tools.
- Keep dashboards updated, accurate, and actionable for daily/weekly MQL reviews.
3. High-Velocity Campaign Execution
- Launch A/B tests, email nurturing sequences, and CRO experiments, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Multichannel Integration
- Align funnels and tracking with SEO, PPC, Partnerships, and Content.
- Conduct lead enrichment research and develop event/partner dashboards.
5. Marketing Asset Creation
- Draft effective copy for emails, landing pages, and reports, adapting messaging for each funnel stage (awareness purchase)
Key Requirements
- 35 years of experience in growth marketing, CRO, funnel building, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML/CSS for landing page adjustments.
- Strong copywriting skills in direct-response style, focused on conversion and campaign optimization.
- Proficiency in UTM tracking, attribution, and reporting.
