About the role
We’re implementing a next-gen marketing automation platform and need a Lifecycle Marketing Developer to enable data, features, and workflows in Zeta—partnering closely with Marketing Systems, Data Engineering, and campaign teams to power multi-channel lifecycle programs.
What you’ll do
- Partner with Marketing Systems & Data Engineering to identify, map, and pull audience data and indexes into Snowflake and Zeta.
- Open/manage discovery tickets for new data sources, fields, and feature requests.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness for all campaign/audience needs.
- Work with engineers to enable Zeta features (push notifications, journey orchestration, dynamic content).
- Support and troubleshoot campaign/platform functionality for optimal performance.
- Act as SME on Zeta data setup, user permissions, and technical workflows.
What you’ll bring
- Deep understanding of marketing automation tools—ideally Zeta or similar (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong technical chops in data integration, audience segmentation, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity across marketing ops and engineering.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with campaign managers to build/QA journeys, validating integrations/channels with Product/R&D, and documenting platform processes.
