We’re seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to join a fast-paced digital marketing team. This role is focused on building and executing high-impact 1:1 customer journeys that deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, QA, and execute complex omnichannel programs in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, automation workflows, and triggered campaigns.
- Implement advanced capabilities such as audience segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content to optimize customer experiences.
- Monitor and troubleshoot email deliverability, IP reputation, and inbox placement to maximize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, creative, project management) to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Develop and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and QA processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Stay current on email marketing trends, tools, and best practices; proactively recommend optimizations.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification (required).
- 5–8 years of experience in database marketing, CRM, email, or 1:1 marketing.
- 5+ years hands-on SFMC experience (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
- Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong QA and deliverability knowledge (Litmus, Email on Acid, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, etc.).
- Excellent documentation, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
