Contract: 4–5 months with possibility of extension (through March 2026)
Pay Rate: $100–$115/hr (W-2)
We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Developer to help power campaign enablement, cross-channel experimentation, and technical alignment across marketing programs. This is a hands-on technical role working closely with R&D, Product, and Marketing teams to bring personalized customer experiences to life.
What You’ll Do:
Campaign Enablement & Development
- Build and maintain dynamic, personalized templates for email and push campaigns.
- Create and optimize audiences using SQL queries and existing data sources.
- Support QA, troubleshooting, and launch readiness for Lifecycle campaigns.
Testing & Experimentation
- Partner with R&D and Product teams to enable A/B and multivariate testing across touchpoints.
- Implement test setups and tracking to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to apply learnings and scale high-performing campaigns.
Cross-Channel Collaboration & Technical Alignment
- Enable push notifications and in-product messaging for Lifecycle campaigns.
- Align with Lifecycle, Product, and Channel Marketing teams on audience definitions and segmentation logic.
- Document and share frameworks for technical best practices and channel consistency.
Operational Support & Continuous Improvement
- Troubleshoot campaign and channel-level technical issues.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and streamline workflows.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks and data structures to improve speed to market.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong background in marketing automation and audience building (SQL proficiency preferred).
- Skilled in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills bridging strategy and execution.
- Experience with MarTech/CDP platforms such as:
- Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Adobe Experience Cloud
- or similar tools.
- Experience enabling push notifications via MarTech solutions.
- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple complex priorities.
