Advanced Agrilytics is seeking an experienced and innovative Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team. How You Will Help Us Grow

Build & Scale Applications: Design and develop secure, reliable, and high-performing full stack applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
Create Great User Experiences: Deliver intuitive, responsive, and performant front-end features that help agronomists and growers make better decisions
Design & Optimize APIs: Build and refine APIs and microservices that connect applications with complex agronomic and geospatial datasets
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product, agronomy, and data science to turn research and insights into customer-facing tools
Shape How We Build: Work with the team to improve code quality, testing, and deployment practices while establishing patterns that make our applications easier to scale
(Nice-to-Have) Data Engineering Contributions: If you have experience with Airflow, Redshift, or data pipelines, help bridge applications with our modern data platform and improve data accessibility for analytics and AI/ML

Experience You Bring

10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong emphasis on full stack development
Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript/JavaScript; strong background in building modern web applications and APIs.
Hands-on experience with AWS, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
Strong database design and SQL skills
Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills; comfortable mentoring others
(Bonus) Data Engineering Skills: Familiarity with Airflow, Redshift, data pipelines, or geospatial data (PostGIS, H3, GeoParquet)
