Digital Marketing Specialist
ADTACK Creative, a Las Vegas based marketing agency and HubSpot Partner, is growing and we want you to be a part of it. We are looking for a hands-on digital marketing doer who loves diving into the details, optimizing campaigns, and making marketing magic happen behind the scenes. This is a remote position, but must live in the United States.
A Day in the Life
Think of yourself as the engine that makes our clients' digital marketing run. You're in the platforms daily—building campaigns, optimizing content, setting up workflows, and tracking what's working (and what's not). You're not sitting in client meetings all day; you're making things happen. Launching ads, scheduling content, tweaking landing pages, and watching the metrics climb. Occasionally you'll hop on a call to walk a client through results, but most of your time is spent doing the work that drives those results.
What You'll Do
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. You're setting up targeting, writing ad copy, adjusting bids, and finding ways to squeeze better performance out of every dollar.
- Execute SEO and AEO strategies that get our clients found. You're optimizing pages, conducting keyword research, implementing schema markup, and staying ahead of how AI is changing search.
- Live in HubSpot building emails, landing pages, workflows, and automation sequences. You keep the CRM clean, contacts segmented, and campaigns running smoothly.
- Polish content across websites, blogs, social media, and email. You're the final set of eyes that makes sure everything is optimized, on-brand, and ready to perform.
- Track performance and spot opportunities. You're comfortable in Google Analytics, HubSpot dashboards, and ad platforms, pulling insights that help us do better work.
- Build and launch display campaigns, coordinating creative assets and managing targeting to reach the right people at the right time.

- Someone who wants to grow their skills across multiple digital marketing channels. We'll teach you what you don't know yet.
- Detail-oriented and organized. You're managing multiple clients and campaigns, and nothing falls through the cracks.
Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience executing digital marketing campaigns (agency experience a huge plus!)
- Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Google Analytics
- Strong editing skills and comfort working in content management systems
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new platforms quickly
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Nice to Have (But We'll Teach You!)
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM
- Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Moz)
- Familiarity with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) concepts
- Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced Google Analytics and conversion tracking knowledge
