As we continue to scale, we are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Sales Manager to drive our growth and expand our market share.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager who lives and breathes digital marketing. In this 100% remote role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales initiatives, identifying new business opportunities across our target regions (Germany, KSA, UAE, Egypt), and closing high-value deals. You will act as the bridge between our expert marketing team and prospective clients, translating complex digital strategies into clear business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to hit and exceed revenue targets across our key markets.
- Identify, prospect, and close new business deals with mid-to-large tier clients.
- Consult with prospective clients to understand their business goals and pitch tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager specifically within a digital marketing agency. (Candidates without agency experience will not be considered).
- Industry Knowledge: A deep, comprehensive understanding of how digital marketing works (SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Content Strategy, etc.) and how to sell these services effectively.
- Language Skills: Exceptional, fluent English and Arabic communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory for negotiating with international clients across Europe and the MENA region.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends, understand client pain points, and build long-term, strategic sales plans.
- Self-Starter: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing your own pipeline in a remote environment.
