adQuadrant is seeking an experienced and visionary Lifecycle Marketing Division Lead to head our Lifecycle Marketing team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the division, developing and overseeing comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that maximize customer engagement, retention, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in customer lifecycle management, advanced segmentation strategies, and omnichannel marketing, coupled with a proven track record of leading teams, scaling programs, and delivering impactful results for direct-to-consumer brands.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully leading and growing a department or division, including managing cross-functional internal teams from strategists to designers.
  • Strong agency background, adept at balancing multiple client accounts and internal initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in leading client audits and presenting strategic recommendations, particularly for prospecting and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to participate in and drive monthly marketing initiatives with thought leadership, sharing innovative ideas and industry trends to guide team strategy and client growth.
  • Advanced skills in lifecycle marketing strategy development for DTC e-commerce brands, with a deep understanding of customer journeys, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Proven ability to expand LCM programs beyond email and SMS, incorporating additional platforms such as push notifications, loyalty programs, referral initiatives, subscriptions, and other retention channels.
  • Experience in working with platform partners to identify new opportunities for learning, co-marketing, beta testing, and integrating innovative tools into client programs.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance day-to-day workflow efficiencies, such as copywriting support, design assistance, reporting automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging that aligns with brand voice and drives customer engagement.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, using data-driven insights to inform recommendations, optimize campaigns, and measure performance.
  • Experience overseeing content planning processes, ensuring detailed campaign objectives, and maintaining high standards for deliverables.
  • Deep understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, compliance standards, and industry trends to maintain program excellence and innovation.
  • Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to set clear priorities, manage resources, and drive accountability across teams and client deliverables.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to act as the main liaison and relationship manager for clients, building trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on growth and delivering impact.
  • Passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends, always seeking new strategies, technologies, and tools to enhance client programs and departmental capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or digital marketing, including 3+ years in team or department leadership.
  • Proven experience building and scaling teams—hiring, mentoring, and developing talent.
  • Strong background in strategic lifecycle marketing with a track record of driving business growth.
  • Prior agency experience, comfortable managing multiple client projects and internal initiatives at once.
  • Skilled in Figma and Canva; basic Photoshop knowledge is a plus.
  • Experienced with DTC e-commerce brands and crafting strategies tailored to their customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent project and time management—sets clear goals and ensures accountability.
  • Deep understanding of email/SMS marketing, including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Proactive, independent operator who adapts to shifting priorities and leads with a growth-focused mindset.
