Job Description:
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your role will be to work with the Founder and CEO on building marketing campaigns and funnels to drive qualified leads and customers using Google, Meta, and other marketing channels. You’ll create captivating multi-channel marketing funnels, analyze conversion metrics, write exciting ad copies to generate leads. We envision this as a long-term contract role where you’ll have plenty of opportunities to contribute toward the sales and marketing of our company. The work is 100% remote.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies (paid Google and Meta ads, content marketing, SEO, email, referral, or partnerships)
· Plan marketing campaigns and content marketing efforts on different channels such as LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter to drive leads
· Plan and execute full-stack marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager to drive qualified leads and conversion
· Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance
· Marketing strategies across different formats such as articles, video, podcasts, webinars, and infographics
· Assist with other marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, PR, and other creatives
· Monitor analytics and KPI’s such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to inform data-driven decisions.
· Analyze conversion metrics and run A/B tests to increase funnel conversion rates
· Work with budget to reach weekly lead targets by sales segments and industries
· Measure and report on campaign results through channels for meaningful insights
· Research competition, investigate benchmarks, and suggest improvements

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
· 3+ years of experience in a growth, digital marketing, or product role (preferably in a startup or high-growth environment)
· 3+ years of digital marketing experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other forms of social media marketing
· Proven knowledge and expertise in digital marketing ad platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Pixel, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics)
· Proven track record of driving measurable growth through testing and experimentation
· Creative thinking capabilities that include an interest to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics
· High degree of excellence and attention to detail in delivery of work
· Strong verbal, written communication skills, and attention to detail
· Quickly respond to emails and requests as needed
· Receptive to critical feedback and desire to become a high performer
· Willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment
· Strong work ethic, high degree of integrity, desire to go above and beyond
