Key Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding videos
• Quality Assurance: You make sure the copy makes sense, has no grammar issues and animations are on point
• Design & Create: Contribute with your own design skills to bring concepts to life.
• Trendspotting: Stay ahead of cultural and platform trends, identifying opportunities for viral, high-performance campaigns and share your ideas with the team
• Teamwork: Partner with creative leads, UGC specialists, UA managers, and media buyers to turn ideas into effective campaigns.

Required Experience & Skills

Hard Skills

• German language level: You will be responsible to check and improve or even suggest German copy for our clients targeting the German speaking market
• English Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
• Paid Social Expertise: Track record of creating performance-focused creative for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and more.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills, able to put ideas into clear roadmaps and structured processes.
• Design Ability: Proven hands-on experience in graphic and motion design
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Arts, Media Design or similar
• Copywriting: Skilled at writing ad copy that grabs attention and drives action.
• Bold Thinking: Ability to craft original, daring ideas for mobile app ads that outperform benchmarks.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented and reliable in managing multiple projects under strict deadlines.
• Creative problem-solver with empathy for client goals and challenges.
• Collaborative and proactive, thriving in fast-paced environments.
