Product Designer

As we continue to invest in design and grow our Product Design team, we're looking for a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer to help create more unified, scalable, and customer-driven product experiences across our platform.

Joining a team of a Design Manager and two Product Designers across Finland and Estonia, you'll influence product direction, solve meaningful customer problems, and help shape the future of design at Admicom.

Your role and impact

As a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer, you'll work closely with Product Managers, developers, customers, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process, from early discovery to implementation. Your role is to help teams understand customer needs, explore and validate solutions, and turn ideas into product experiences that create real value for both customers and the business.

In practice, your work will span the full design process, from understanding customer needs and exploring opportunities to validating concepts, designing user experiences and interfaces, and supporting teams throughout implementation. You'll help shape product decisions and ensure we're building solutions that create value for both users and the business.

You'll lead design work for product areas, features, and end-to-end user journeys, while planning and facilitating activities such as user interviews, workshops, usability testing, and concept validation. You'll create user flows, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs, use customer insight and data to support decision-making, and contribute to the continued evolution of our Design System and product experience.

As part of a growing design team, you'll also support fellow designers through collaboration, feedback, and shared ways of working.

What we're looking for

You have at least five years of experience designing digital products that support demanding workflows, multiple user roles, and real business processes.

You likely bring:

• Several years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a similar role
• Experience designing B2B SaaS, platform, or workflow-heavy products
• Strong skills in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and UI design
• Experience working closely with cross-functional product teams
• Understanding of Design Systems and scalable product development
• The ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical realities
• Strong communication skills in English

We're especially excited if you have experience with:

• Building or scaling a Design System
• Designing platform-level experiences or cross-product user journeys
• Working in international product organizations
• Using data and customer insight to guide design decisions
• Designing AI-enabled product experiences or leveraging AI in the design process

You can be based in either Finland or Estonia and work in a hybrid setup. Our team is spread across Helsinki, Jyväskylä, and Tartu, and while we value flexibility, we also enjoy getting together in person whenever possible.
