About the Opportunity:
AdMax Local Digital is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist with expertise in paid social to help clients realize and achieve their potential. This individual should have experience managing or assisting in management of Facebook/ Instagram performance marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who is analytical, solutions-driven, creative, hungry to learn, and has a passion for growing businesses. The Growth Marketing Specialist will support client growth through a focus on driving sales, using data, analytics & creative to build a consultative solution for our customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain learning agendas for clients around key projects for campaign structure, audiences, creative and measurement.
- Pull reporting, analyze data and insights to help guide strategy and implementation of Meta and TikTok solutions.
- Build and launch Paid Social campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
- Methodical A/B testing of ads and other media tactics
- Drive client growth across paid social platforms like FB, IG, TikTok, etc.
- Proactively identify new opportunities for growth or optimization for clients
- Support media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs.
- Requires strong project management skills to prioritize day-to-day standard tasks, test activations, and campaign optimization.
- Participate in internal meetings, share, and collaborate with all team members.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, including key metrics such as CTR, CPM, CPA, and ROAS, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and improve performance efficiency.
- Develop audience personas and target customer profiles based on data analysis.
- Leverage platform-specific audience tools to create, refine, and expand audience segments.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to track campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders.
- Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to inform campaign adjustments.
- Assist in budget planning and allocation to maximize ROAS while managing ad spend efficiently.
- Monitor pacing and spending to ensure campaigns align with financial objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest paid social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new ad formats and platform updates to stay competitive.
- Prepare performance updates and recommendations for client presentations.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and clients to ensure campaign objectives are aligned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, data, and strategy) to deliver cohesive campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of marketing experience in social and direct response marketing
- Experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights.
- Advanced experience as a Facebook user and knowledge of Facebook’s ad products
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Excellent project management skills
- Excellent analytical skills including advanced Excel mastery.
- Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (direct response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech)
