ADM Creative Group develops high-impact corporate events, immersive brand experiences, and multimedia productions for leading global clients.

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer & Presentation Specialist with deep experience in corporate live events, presentation design, and experiential branding.

This is not a traditional marketing or social design role.

We are looking for a designer who thrives in the world of live events, executive presentations, large-format screen environments, and fast-moving production timelines.

One day you may be designing a conference theme identity and environmental graphics. The next, you could be building executive keynote presentations, adapting creative across unconventional screen canvases, or making real-time onsite edits minutes before showtime.

No two projects are the same.

You Are:

• An expert presentation designer in PowerPoint and Keynote
• Highly skilled in branding, logo creation, typography, layout, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable designing for non-traditional screen sizes, custom pixel dimensions, LED canvases, and immersive event environments
• Calm under pressure and energized by live production environments
• Experienced collaborating with executives, producers, creative directors, and clients
• Someone who can balance strong creative instincts with technical precision

Key Responsibilities:

• Design event identities, logos, branding systems, and environmental graphics
• Create and edit high-end executive presentations in PowerPoint and Keynote
• Build original templates, masters, animation systems, charts, and presentation frameworks
• Design graphics for live event environments, multi-screen experiences, and large-format displays
• Adapt creative across varying resolutions, aspect ratios, screen formats, and show systems
• Collaborate closely with creative, production, and client teams from concept through execution
• Execute onsite presentation edits, QC, and show support during live events
• Operate within high-pressure production environments with strong attention to detail and speed

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5–8+ years professional design experience in live events, experiential marketing, corporate communications, presentation design, or related environments
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator + Photoshop
• Expert-level PowerPoint + Keynote proficiency
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, digital and print production
• Experience designing for large screens, event media, custom resolutions, and presentation systems
• Live event / headset / onsite production experience required
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and tight timelines
• Willingness to travel and support live events onsite
