Description of Project:
Senior UX Designer IV in Seller’s Financial Services Org collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to create seamless, intuitive experiences. Your work will drive impactful change through design thinking, product discovery, and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centered experiences that address customer needs, meet business objectives, and scale effectively.
- Lead product discovery efforts, working alongside researchers, product teams, and executives to shape future innovations.
- Develop wireframes, visual mockups, prototypes, and interactive demos to bring ideas to life.
- Utilize customer insights and research to drive informed decision-making.
- Communicate and align with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Shift focus between high-level strategy and detailed execution, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Present and advocate for design solutions to stakeholders and leadership.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion user-centric design throughout the product development process.
- Own end-to-end design execution, from problem definition to final delivery.
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers to craft thoughtful, intuitive experiences.
- Balance business objectives with user needs, using data-driven insights to guide design decisions.
- Create journey maps, wireframes, low/high-fidelity prototypes, and interactive designs.
- Align with and contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency across products.
- Lead and inspire design thinking within the payments space.

- Expertise in human-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills in an agile environment.
- Experience using data, analytics, and user research to inform and measure design impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools, with a commitment to maintaining clean, organized files.
Pay Transparency:
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $ 70.00 - $ 72.84/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
