Program Manager Non Tech 3

Payrate: $65.00 - $70.00/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
• Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
• Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates.

Candidate Requirements:

• Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required to be eligible for this role. PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc.

• Minimum 5-7years experience with Program management
• Minimum 5-7years experience with Strong communication, spoken and written skills
• Minimum 5-7years experience with Power point, excel, word, Visio and adobe

Pay Transparency: _The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
