Performance Marketing Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Lead with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in ranking websites and managing paid campaigns in the healthcare or wellness space. The ideal candidate will lead on-site and off-site SEO strategies, optimize landing pages and blogs, manage PPC campaigns across platforms, track rankings, handle technical fixes, and collaborate with content and tech teams to drive visibility, traffic, and qualified leads.
Experience with platforms like Zoho CRM for lead tracking and campaign integration is required, along with proficiency in SEO/PPC tools and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
SEO
Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits regularly.
Optimize website content, structure, and landing pages for Google EEAT and local SEO.
Track rankings, CTRs, bounce rates, and conversions using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs.
Collaborate with the content team to create high-performing, keyword-optimized blogs and pages.
Improve page speed, resolve crawl issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness and Core Web Vitals compliance.
Manage backlink strategies (guest posts, outreach, directories).
Stay updated with algorithm updates, industry trends, and SEO tools.
Report weekly/monthly performance, KPIs, and action items.
PPC
Design and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor PPC performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI.
Co-ordination with the content team to develop engaging ad copy and creatives.
Conduct keyword research for impactful PPC campaigns.
Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and optimize PPC performance.
Ensure PPC strategies align with overall marketing goals.
Requirements
6+ years of proven SEO and PPC experience.
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.
Experience with WordPress, Elementor, and site builders.
Experience with Zoho CRM is a must.
Familiarity with Google EEAT, schema markup, mobile-first indexing.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Medical/healthcare domain experience is strongly preferred.
Candidate must be comfortable to work from Monday–Friday, 6 PM – 3 AM IST
