Product Designer (4+ Years Experience)

We’re looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with strong aesthetic sensibilities and a sharp product mindset to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, elegant, and scalable experiences across our platform.

This role requires someone who can quickly grasp complex products, has a deep understanding of design theory, and knows how to balance user needs with business goals. A background in graphic design is a strong plus, as is an eye for detail and a passion for clean, functional, and delightful design.

What You'll Do:

• Own and execute the end-to-end design process — from user flows to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to turn ideas into usable and beautiful products.
• Rapidly understand product requirements, user problems, and business context to design with intent and clarity.
• Uphold and evolve our design system while contributing to the overall product vision.
• Conduct design reviews and provide feedback to peers; act as a design advocate across the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design or UI/UX Design, preferably in a tech-forward, product-focused environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen aesthetic sense, visual polish, and interaction design excellence.
• Solid grasp of design theory, layout principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent product thinking — you don’t just design screens, you design experiences that solve real user problems.
• Experience working with Figma (and optionally, tools like Sketch, Adobe CC, Principle, etc.).
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and best practices in user interface design.

Bonus: Background or skills in graphic design or visual branding.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in fast-paced startups or cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with user research, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
