Adecco Creative and Marketing is searching for an Experience Strategy Manager for an American retail corporation based in Boston, MA.
Position Overview:
As the Experience Strategy Manager, you will lead initiatives that bring our front store format vision to life—creating engaging, customer-centered physical experiences that resonate with our healthcare mission. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end delivery of experience strategies, creative briefing, and performance measurement to ensure continuous innovation and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Delivery:
- Lead the implementation of customer-focused physical format experience strategies and pilots. Utilize proven best practices while identifying and testing new tactics to meet business and customer goals.
- Creative Brief Development:
- Own the creative briefing process to ensure alignment with strategy. Gather and deliver impactful feedback to creative partners that enhances the customer experience through every initiative.
- Measurement & Optimization:
- Develop robust measurement plans to evaluate the success of experience programs. Leverage key insights and data to refine tactics and continuously evolve our approach.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience, service design, marketing strategy, or related fields.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional projects from concept through execution.
- Excellent skills in translating business goals into creative strategies and actionable briefs.
- Experience with performance measurement and applying insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborative and results-driven mindset with a passion for transforming the retail healthcare experience.
