Title: Integrated Marketing Manager
Casual Contract: 6 Months possible extension max tenure
Location: Remote, able to support Australia working hours
Job Overview: The Tech for Social Impact Team is seeking a creative, dynamic and data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager. The role will lead strategic marketing initiatives for cloud and AI solutions, targeting nonprofit organisations in the Asia market. In this role, they will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive field marketing plan that is aligned with the Tech for Social Impact's goals and tailored to resonate with our Asia managed accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, partner, and leadership, execute on the field marketing plan to bolster the growth and engagement of our strategic nonprofits in the ANZ markets, leveraging insights on local market dynamics.
- Orchestrate and drive local and global go-to-market strategies including events, email campaigns, lead generation, customer advocacy and contact growth within IT and business decision-maker roles.
- Drive a customer-centric approach focusing on creating connected customer journeys and ensuring a seamless experience from marketing to sales.
- Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, supporting customers’ tech acceleration goals and partnering to grow TSI revenue through a number of marketing engines.
- Apply marketing principles knowledge to innovate and adapt strategies that resonate with the Asia nonprofit sector and leverages strategy, execution frameworks.
- Harness project management skills to manage multiple projects concurrently, assuring prompt and successful delivery.
- Provide insights to the business utilizing data, reports and customer insights tools to enhance customer targeting and engagement and to report out on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. Adjust as necessary to ensure the best results.
- Encourage the exchange of best practices and insights among sales and marketing teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
- Ensure plans align with company’s commitment to security, diversity and inclusion, accessibility, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams through effective written and verbal communication
- A strategic thinker who leverages marketing and data insights to drive impact and business results
- Proven experience in marketing and understanding of marketing principles and tactics
- A strong team player that is flexible, agile and has excellent communication skills
- Experience working with nonprofits, IGOs, or similar organisations is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global and diverse environment and manage multiple priorities
- Marketing experience required
- Proficiency in M365 suite, Power BI, Planner and other productivity software and tools.
