Adecco Creative and Marketing is looking for a talented direct mail designer to join our creative team and develop impactful marketing for the Direct Mail channel. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing big-picture concepting with detail-oriented execution, values collaboration, and brings strong storytelling skills to every project.
Candidates must have experience with Direct Mail and be showcased in the portfolio. Candidates without experience in Direct Mail will not be considered. This is a 3-year contract position, fully remote.
What You’ll Do
- Design with purpose: Create compelling, brand-aligned creative for a variety of products within the Direct Mail space.
- Collaborate across teams: Partner with copywriters, creative directors, brand and marketing strategists, and line-of-business teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Think strategically: Use consumer insights and marketing strategy to inform design decisions and strengthen customer experiences.
- Deliver with excellence: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure work is accurate, high-quality, and aligned with best practices.
- Adapt and innovate: Decide when to leverage existing solutions or start fresh, and present design concepts persuasively to gain buy-in from stakeholders.
- Grow and learn: Stay curious, embrace change, and bring fresh ideas that cut through the noise while staying true to the brand.
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional design experience in Direct Mail.
- 3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- Experience in Workfront
- Experience in B2C, direct response, direct mail, or Fintech.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- A strong portfolio of creative work (required for consideration).
