My well known client in tech space (hint: it is a food ordering/delivery app you know and love!) is looking for a contract Associate Marketing Manager with a focus on B2B and Ads Marketing (CRM). This role will be FULLY REMOTE- 6 month contract June-Dec 2025 and can pay $55/hr.
The B2B Marketing team is responsible for helping Merchants find the right brand products and services to grow their businesses. They do this by building lasting relationships with our B2B audiences through personalized, scalable, cross-channel experiences that drive retention and engagement. They take pride in being the trusted advisor to our SMB Merchants, and the prominent Merchant advocate to our cross-functional partners — navigating them through every step of their journey and empowering them with the right, personalized resources, education, and suite of solutions to maximize their business, at scale.
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for creating communications and lifecycle programs to increase product adoption and activation of our Ads and Promotions product suite by our core merchant and advertising Partners.
- You will collaborate with key stakeholders of the Ads and Promotions business, Lifecycle Retention team, and Merchant Success teams to move key business metrics through the use of CRM channels (email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging).
What You’ll Do ?
- Create and execute CRM strategies to increase adoption and activation of Ads and Promo products throughout the Merchant lifecycle.
- Manage end-to-end development and execution of email campaigns. Includes driving the creative review process, collaborating with designers and copywriters, identifying target audience segments and capturing feedback from multiple stakeholders.
- Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Marketing, Product, Operations, Analytics and Strategy teams.
- Analyze campaign results, develop benchmarks, and create and share regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations (B2B SaaS experience a plus not a must!)
- Familiarity with CRM technology, including ESPS (Iterable experience is a plus!), segmentation tools, and complex data structures and systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Experience with campaign experimentation (ex: A/B, multivariate tests, etc)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
