Senior Software Engineer

Required Skills:

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in Software Development, and a track record of making an impact in a fast-growth company, long term.
• Proven backend expertise in at least one of the following languages - C#, Go, Java
• Experience designing and maintaining APIs
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native or self-managed infrastructure
• Strong skills in integrations and debugging complex systems, including handling flaky dependencies, partial failures, retries, and reconciliation
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot from logs and system symptoms
• Able to show engineering maturity with a track record of fixing bugs you didn’t cause and maintaining code you didn’t write
• Ability to understand and evaluate trade-offs without chasing unnecessary novelty

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with SaaS platforms, or working in a high-growth environment
• Able to read and tweak modern frontend code (using resources like StackOverflow or ChatGPT)
• Experience with both cloud-native and self-managed infrastructure
• Ability to handle multiple third-party integrations and troubleshooting scenarios

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
