Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Remote - PST Hours

Compensation: Contract rate target $50-75/hr W2

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) upon conversion.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of Avature -Application Tracking System (Recruiting and Onboarding), globally. This role will manage the full project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure seamless integration with our HRIS system Workday and ensure a successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation from planning to go-live and hypercare.
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and communications.
• Coordinate HR, IT, Security, and external consultants.
• Oversee system configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment activities.
• Manage integration creation with IT and vendor.
• Drive parallel testing, UAT, and end-to-end validation.
• Provide regular updates to leadership and support decision-making.
• Must have experience in projecting managing the application tracking system which includes recuriting and onboarding.
• Avature experience - nice to have

MUST HAVE:

• Prior experience managing an ATS implementation (i.e. Avature, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, etc)

Nice to have:

• Workday experience
• Avature experience
• Prior experience working in manufacturing industry
