Senior UI/UX Designer

Role Description:

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of exceptional user experiences across our digital products. You will play a key role in shaping the overall design direction, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user needs and business goals are met with seamless, impactful design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of user-centered design solutions.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into clean, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience working closely with product teams, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact designs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture.
• Experience with design systems, pattern libraries, and maintaining consistency across large-scale products.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, though not required.
