Key Responsibilities:
- Own paid media strategy and execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Manage $1M+ quarterly ad budget with rigorous testing and efficiency tracking
- Guide creative testing frameworks using AdComposer.ai’s internal tools
- Hire and mentor performance marketers across regions and verticals
- Lead reporting and forecasting for CAC, ROAS, LTV, and retention impact
- Collaborate with product, brand, and analytics to align on goals and measurement
- Identify and implement new channels, partnerships, and media buying strategies
Requirements:
- 7+ years in performance marketing, with 3+ in leadership roles
- Deep experience with channel scaling and performance measurement
- Strong fluency in paid media tools, attribution platforms, and BI dashboards
- Strategic thinker and tactical executor with a growth mindset
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, experimentation-driven environments
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing a SaaS or PLG product
- Familiarity with AI-generated ad platforms (like AdComposer.ai, Pencil, etc.)
- Background in international media buying or localized growth
