We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join the team at AdComposer.ai. This role is all about results — you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and more. You’ll use our proprietary ad-generation tools to launch creative faster, test smarter, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels, including Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Own and manage budgets exceeding $500K/quarter with a focus on acquisition efficiency and ROI
- Work directly with our creative team (and our AI) to test headlines, visuals, hooks, and CTAs at scale
- Implement full-funnel measurement frameworks across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
- Continuously experiment with audiences, placements, creative formats, and bidding strategies
- Report performance trends weekly, identifying growth levers and optimization paths
- Collaborate with product and data teams to align targeting strategies with customer insights
Requirements:
- 4+ years in performance marketing or growth roles, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or mobile
- Proven ability to manage 6-figure budgets and deliver consistent acquisition performance
- Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and UTM-based tracking
- Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, attribution tools (e.g., Triple Whale, Rockerbox)
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills; SQL or scripting experience is a plus
- Comfortable working with creatives — from briefing AI tools to evaluating what converts
Nice to Have:
- Experience scaling PLG (product-led growth) funnels
- Familiarity with AI-generated creative tools (like AdComposer.ai, Pencil, or Jasper)
- Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or related platforms
