Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to design, implement, and optimize automated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and revenue.

At AdComposer.ai, we combine human strategy with AI precision — and you’ll sit at that intersection. You’ll map customer journeys, build automation workflows, and use data to continuously improve conversion performance. Working closely with sales, product, and content teams, you’ll ensure every message reaches the right audience at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage automated marketing workflows across channels
• Optimize email and lifecycle campaigns for engagement, conversions, and deliverability
• Segment audiences and personalize messaging based on data and behavior
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align automation efforts with revenue goals
• Analyze campaign performance, identify insights, and recommend optimizations
• Oversee CRM integrations, lead scoring, and pipeline automation
• Stay current with marketing automation trends and emerging technologies

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proven experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management
• Expertise in email marketing strategy and A/B testing
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent project management and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of SQL or basic data querying
• Experience with AI-driven personalization tools
• Familiarity with web analytics and tracking platforms

Compensation

Full-time: $90,000 – $120,000 annually
