We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join the performance-marketing team at AdComposer.ai. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-budget digital campaigns across paid social, paid search, SEO, email, and emerging channels. You’ll leverage data-driven insights, creative testing, and audience segmentation to drive measurable growth and customer acquisition — all while collaborating closely with product, data, and creative stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across search, social, display, video, email, and affiliate channels.
- Develop full-funnel strategies that balance brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue KPIs.
- Lead creative, audience, and bid-strategy testing to improve ROAS, CPL, and LTV.
- Analyze performance metrics daily, translate insights into actionable optimizations, and present findings to leadership.
- Manage channel budgets ($500 K+ quarterly) and adjust spend in real time to hit growth targets.
- Mentor junior marketers, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous experimentation.
- Partner with product, data, and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with roadmap and brand guidelines.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging tools; champion early adoption of features that unlock performance gains.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on digital-marketing experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
- Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, and Looker Studio
- Proven track record of improving ROAS/CPA through data-driven experimentation and attribution modeling
- Strong analytical skills—fluency in Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI dashboards
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Nice to Have:
- Experience scaling SaaS or mar-tech products globally
- Familiarity with marketing-automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and CRO platforms (Optimizely, VWO)
- Knowledge of AI-generated creative workflows or UGC/influencer ad strategies
- Basic HTML/CSS skills for rapid landing-page tweaks
