We’re hiring a Creative Marketing Manager to lead the vision, execution, and iteration of high-performing ad creatives at AdComposer.ai. You’ll work closely with our AI-powered tools and performance marketing team to develop, test, and optimize campaign assets that drive measurable results.
This role blends strategy, storytelling, and experimentation — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the creative strategy across paid social, display, video, and landing pages
- Brief and collaborate with our in-house tools to generate, test, and refine ad assets
- Develop and maintain creative testing roadmaps tied to campaign goals
- Analyze asset-level performance data and translate findings into actionable iterations
- Align creative with customer personas, funnel stages, and platform nuances
- Lead visual consistency across all customer touchpoints, with performance in mind
- Stay ahead of trends in performance design, motion, and storytelling
Requirements
- 4+ years in a creative, marketing, or growth-focused design role
- Strong understanding of how creative drives paid social & display performance
- Experience using ad-generation tools, design software, and A/B testing platforms
- Ability to brief, manage, and iterate creative assets quickly
- Familiarity with Meta, YouTube, and TikTok creative formats
- Performance mindset — you care about results, not just aesthetics
Nice to Have:
- Background in copywriting, video editing, or animation
- Experience working in-house at a fast-paced SaaS or e-commerce brand
- Comfort using LLM-based tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney to assist creative workflows
