This is a foundational role—you’ll be our first dedicated marketing hire with full ownership over our brand, messaging, and demand generation. You won’t just execute on someone else’s plan—you’ll create the strategy, define the KPIs, and build the marketing function from scratch.
You’ll collaborate directly with the founders to increase both company visibility and founder personal brands, and have the freedom to test bold ideas without red tape. What You’ll Do
- In your first 6 months, your focus will be on strategy, structure, and scalable execution:
- Develop and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy aligned to company growth targets
- Lead redesign and management of our website (Wix), refining our brand story and services
- Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, email, blog, and video
- Drive founder-led marketing initiatives: amplify the personal brands of the co-founders through thought leadership, social content, and strategic storytelling
- Build and maintain a content calendar that supports lead gen, brand visibility, and community growth
- Analyze performance across channels and campaigns, and adjust quickly based on insights
- Set measurable KPIs and benchmarks for what marketing success looks like at Adatha
- Over time, hire and lead a marketing team around you as we scale
Who You Are
- 3–6 years of marketing experience, with a strong foundation in B2B, startup, or agency environments
- Deep experience with LinkedIn, content creation, video, and website UX (Wix or similar)
- A creative and strategic thinker who can go from big-picture planning to hands-on execution
- Data-literate—you can define KPIs, track what matters, and make decisions based on performance
- Excellent communicator and natural collaborator, comfortable working closely with founders
- Eager to build a function from scratch and lead it into the next phase of company growth
- Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage environments where flexibility and autonomy are essential
