We are looking for an experienced LMS Consultant / Project Specialist who has hands-on expertise in implementing or supporting Learning Management Systems, preferably with exposure to projects in Tajikistan or other Central Asian regions. You will play a key role in driving end-to-end LMS design, configuration, localization, and training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead or support the implementation of Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Cornerstone, etc.)
Customize LMS modules to meet client-specific training and compliance needs.
Manage multilingual content deployment, especially in Russian/Tajik or local language variants.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Instructional Designers, Developers, and HR/Training teams.
Ensure successful localization and user adoption strategies tailored to the Tajikistan user base.
Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and create user manuals and documentation.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the LMS post-go-live.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in LMS implementation or support (minimum 2 full-cycle projects).
Strong understanding of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI), content deployment, and user role management.
Hands-on experience with LMS localization projects – knowledge of Central Asian market or Tajikistan-specific implementations is a strong plus.
Ability to manage stakeholders from different cultural and geographic backgrounds.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or integration tools is a bonus.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Tajik, Russian, or Persian is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field.
Experience with NGOs, UN organizations, or government-led education/digital learning projects.
Strong documentation and project management skills.
