Senior Full Stack Engineer - US / Canada / Latin America

We’re partnered with a top-tier team building the next generation of governance software for crypto protocols and onchain communities. Already trusted by some of the largest ecosystems in the space, they’re reimagining collaboration - with the long-term vision of building tools everyday users will rely on, without even realizing they're powered by crypto.

They’re looking for an exceptional Software Engineer to help scale their platform, improve the user experience, and drive critical new features across web, mobile, and smart contract layers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Building and owning features end-to-end across front-end, backend, and infrastructure.
• Shaping the product alongside the engineering, design, and product leadership teams.
• Writing clean, scalable, and well-documented code with strong test coverage.
• Helping evolve architecture across contracts, data pipelines, and mobile experiences.
• Contributing to a platform already powering governance for dozens of leading communities.

What they’re looking for:

• Engineers with experience across at least three production-grade technology stacks.
• Strong skills with TypeScript, React, Next.js - plus Python/SQL for data layers.
• Understanding of Ethereum architecture and familiarity with reading Solidity code.
• Strong CS fundamentals with a focus on building maintainable, scalable systems.
• Builders who can start contributing meaningful code on day one.

Bonus points for:

• Open-source contributions and crypto-native experience.
• Familiarity with governance standards (e.g., ERC20Votes) and EVM indexers.
• Passion for improving infrastructure through design systems, tooling, and documentation.
