Senior Unity Developer (Full-Stack)

Acveti is seeking a skilled Software Engineer with expertise in Unity, .NET, and modern web development to join our global team. You’ll work on cross-platform apps, backend systems, and web frontends while collaborating with designers, artists, and engineers in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Unity-based Android and VR applications.
• Create Unity tools to support in-house art pipelines.
• Build and maintain ASP.NET web frontends and .NET backend systems.
• Design APIs, manage databases, and support cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure quality through automated testing, performance optimization, and code reviews.
• Document, communicate results, and collaborate across functions.

Requirements

• 6+ years software engineering experience, including 3+ years in Unity.
• Strong C# development skills, or proficiency in Java/Rust/C++ with C# exposure.
• Hands-on experience with:
• HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React, Three.js, or SolidJS
• SQL databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• API design & Git-based workflows
• Strong fundamentals in computer science and software engineering.
• Excellent communication and time management in remote work.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with Android development, modern web design tooling (Figma, CSS-in-JS, Storybook), and Entity Framework Core.
