The role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. It combines expertise in content writing and graphic design to create compelling and visually appealing digital content across various platforms. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, perform SWOT analysis, and apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning (STP) strategies to enhance our marketing efforts and will have a strong background in both content creation and graphic design, with a proven ability to craft engaging marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Perform SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis to assess the company's market position.
- Implement STP (Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning) strategies to define and reach key audiences effectively.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality written content for various digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements. Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and optimized for SEO.
- Graphic Design: Design and produce visually appealing graphics, including social media images, infographics, banners, and digital ads. Ensure that all graphics align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing objectives.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic, generating leads, and enhancing brand presence.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor engagement, respond to comments, and adjust strategies based on performance analytics. Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.
- Campaign Execution: Implement and manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives. Track campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- SEO and Analytics: Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO). Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance, analyze data, and generate reports on campaign effectiveness. Continually work on the Search Engine Optimization of the website
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital content and graphics adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and visual style across all marketing channels.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Apply insights to enhance marketing strategies and content.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content writing, and graphic design. Proven track record of creating successful digital marketing campaigns and engaging content.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing) are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns in the software industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
