Role Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, highly skilled video editor & graphic designer who specializes in creating high-converting ad creatives for paid social media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
In this role, you'll work with our existing asset library to create engaging, high-performance ad creatives, balancing compelling visuals with direct-response marketing best practices. You'll collaborate closely with our performance marketing team, ensuring ads are optimized for engagement, click-throughs, and conversions.
This role is ideal for someone with a refined aesthetic, deep experience in DTC social advertising, and the ability to create impactful, data-informed creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and design high-performing paid social ads using provided brand assets (photo & video).
- Develop multiple ad variations (different hooks, cuts, aspect ratios) for A/B testing.
- Enhance video edits with motion graphics, typography, and dynamic cuts to improve engagement.
- Design static ad creatives optimized for direct response and conversions.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines while keeping a strong focus on performance.
- Stay ahead of social media ad trends, leveraging best practices to create scroll-stopping content.
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to iterate on creatives based on real-time data.
- Manage a fast-paced content pipeline, ensuring quick turnarounds on edits and optimizations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in video editing and graphic design, specifically for paid social media ads.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting ad creatives.
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other motion graphics tools.
- Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- A strong creative instinct (you know what works in ads and can make smart creative decisions)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader creative and marketing teams.
- Bonus: Experience working with apparel or DTC brands.
