Senior Brand Manager

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Brand Manager to lead integrated brand strategy and execution across every customer touchpoint. This is a highly cross-functional role responsible for ensuring campaigns, product launches, retail marketing, influencer, social, experiential, PR, and eCommerce all work together under one cohesive brand strategy.

You’ll own the master brand calendar, develop campaign and launch briefs, lead quarterly planning, oversee integrated product launches, manage agency relationships, and partner closely with leadership to translate business priorities into marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.

The ideal candidate has experience scaling high-growth CPG, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands across DTC, Amazon, and national retail channels, with exceptional project management, brand strategy, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Must-Have:

• 3+ years as a Senior Brand Manager or equivalent
• 5+ years of brand marketing experience
• High-growth CPG, beauty, wellness, or consumer brand experience
• Multi-channel launch experience (DTC, Amazon, national retail)
• Brand strategy and positioning
