We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with a strong advertising background to support the development of high-performing digital campaigns across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong visual execution with an experimental mindset and actively embraces AI tools to improve creative workflows, ideation, and production speed.
The ideal candidate understands how to create compelling visuals that not only look good but also drive engagement, clicks, and conversions. Experience working with fast-paced marketing teams and adapting creatives for different audiences across LATAM is highly valued.

- Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Create static ads, carousels, banners, short-form videos, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and growth teams to develop campaign concepts and creative strategies.
- Use AI-powered tools to streamline ideation, design production, image generation, and creative experimentation.
- Adapt creatives for different audience segments, formats, and regional markets across LATAM.
- Participate in creative testing initiatives and iterate based on campaign performance data.
- Maintain brand consistency while developing innovative and engaging visual concepts.
- Organize and manage creative assets efficiently in a remote environment.
š„š²š¾šš¶šæš²šŗš²š»šš:
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong focus on advertising and paid media.
- Portfolio showcasing performance-focused creative work and advertising campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Demonstrated experience incorporating AI tools into creative workflows.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and ad design best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Advanced Spanish and intermediate to advanced English preferred.
