Job Overview:
We’re helping our client, a fast-growing wellness brand, find a highly analytical and performance-driven Media Buyer with deep expertise in Meta advertising and DTC eCommerce.
In this role, you will own and optimize paid media performance across Facebook and Instagram while scaling campaigns efficiently and maintaining profitability. You’ll work closely with creative and marketing teams to drive testing, improve funnel performance, and identify opportunities for growth across the customer journey.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining ROAS, CAC, and MER targets
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement data-driven optimizations
- Develop and execute testing frameworks for creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to improve ad performance
- Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for conversion growth
- Build dashboards and present actionable performance insights to stakeholders
- Manage budget pacing and allocation across campaigns
- Stay updated on Meta platform changes, trends, and best practices
- Provide limited weekend monitoring and optimization support when necessary
Requirement:
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience as a Media Buyer heavily focused on Meta advertising
- Strong DTC/eCommerce experience
- Experience managing approximately $300K+ monthly spend on Meta
- Proven track record scaling and optimizing large advertising budgets
- Deep understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and MER
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with creative testing and performance-driven ad strategy
- Familiarity with attribution platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to work within EST or PST business hours
- Availability for limited weekend campaign monitoring when needed
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with wellness, supplement, beauty, or consumer brands
- Experience with landing page testing and CRO
- Familiarity with Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar attribution tools
- Strong understanding of retention and full-funnel performance marketing
