Digital Marketing Manager.

Salary: £45,500 per annum.

Location: Remote

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role

It's an exciting time to join the Digital team at Action for Children, and we are looking for a collaborative, energised and forward-thinking individual to join our ambitious team.

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will strategically develop and lead the Digital Marketing Plan and ensure a calculated approach is applied to managing our audiences and aligning teams to maximise digital fundraising income opportunities.

You'll help to create brighter futures by:

  • Delivery of the digital marketing plan and oversee alignment with the wider Income and Services growth objectives and delivering the annual digital marketing income target.
  • Management of the digital marketing budget across all products and propositions.
  • Line manager of digital marketing officers
  • Management of all digital paid media and organic social channels.
  • Working with the digital product teams to develop digital fundraising products and projects.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies to deliver the digital marketing plan.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Analyst to evaluate all data associated with paid digital marketing campaigns.

Let's talk about you

  • Digital fundraising and marketing experience, with demonstrable drive of revenues.
  • Proven success of creating and delivering effective digital marketing/fundraising campaigns.
  • Experience of managing a large budget, tracking income and expenditure.
  • Experience of managing relationships with digital suppliers.
  • Demonstrable experience of applying project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to write and edit highly engaging copy for different audiences.
  • Proven experience of leading and driving a team to success.
