Nordic Marketing Lead - Biologic Launch

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the Nordic marketing strategy for a new biologic product, from pre-launch through to full commercialization.
- Manage and mentor a team of two direct reports, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.
- Localize global brand strategies to fit the unique needs of each Nordic market, ensuring alignment with commercial and medical objectives.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory to ensure launch excellence.
- Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient associations, and external stakeholders to drive awareness and advocacy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform agile decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business; advanced degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 2 years in biologics or specialty care.
- Proven track record of successful product launches in the Nordics.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
- Deep understanding of the Nordic healthcare landscape and reimbursement systems.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
