Senior Data Scientist/AI

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining AI architectures, driving innovation, and mentoring teams while delivering impactful business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning solutions.
• Define and implement architectures leveraging:
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI Agents
• Modern AI frameworks
• Develop end-to-end AI-powered applications.
• Define and implement best practices for:
• Prompt Engineering
• Model Evaluation
• Fine-Tuning
• Design and maintain scalable AI and MLOps pipelines.
• Lead technical innovation initiatives and contribute to AI strategy.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, security, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value solutions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level Data Scientists.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and Machine Learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimums 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience delivering AI solutions within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with stacks like: Python, SQL, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, Natural Language Processing (NLP), AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, Vector Databases, Embeddings, Model Fine-Tuning, MLOps, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, APIs, Containers, Git and CI/CD.
• Strong technical leadership capabilities
• English (B2)
