Senior Campaign Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager experienced in the mid and large business market, campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement. This role requires close collaboration with the global marketing team, including Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Events, and Global Communications, to execute omni-channel campaigns. A strong understanding of backup, disaster recovery, and security markets is essential.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will:

• Plan, develop messaging, and execute local and global marketing campaigns to generate demand and drive pipeline growth
• Manage tactics including, but not limited to, email marketing, nurturing, SMM, content syndication, conferences, and online/offline events
• Collaborate with sales, product marketing, design, content, SEO, web development, PR, and other teams
• Measure, track, and optimize marketing program performance for maximum pipeline impact
• Manage campaign forecasts and budgets in alignment with quarterly and annual plans
• Continuously monitor and report on campaign performance and key KPIs

What You Bring

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B technology marketing, preferably with campaigns targeting IT professionals
• Strong knowledge of the backup, disaster recovery, and security market
• Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel, international campaigns
• Expertise in Marketo, Salesforce, and Jira
• Digital knowledge and experience with Google Tools is a plus
• Project management and Product Marketing experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to succeed and a never-give-up attitude
• Fluent English (C1 level) is required
