Regional Marketing Manager France & Africa

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Marketing Manager to drive our marketing initiatives in the France region. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the cybersecurity market, experience in channel marketing with partners and distributors, and a proven track record of executing successful marketing programs.

What You'll Do

• This position requires attendance in our Paris office 1-2 days per week
• Develop and execute cybersecurity marketing programs specifically tailored to the France & Africa ( French-speaking region) in line with global strategies.
• Proficiency in positioning cybersecurity products and solutions effectively in competitive markets.
• Demonstrate proven experience within the cybersecurity industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Lead the planning and execution of events, from initial concept, content, and vendor management, to final wrap-up and reporting.
• Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet company objectives.
• Partners with regional sales leaders to identify regional business priorities and initiatives and develop regional Marketing Program Strategy to support those.
• Works with the regional Sales team (PSM, DAM) to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel.
• Works closely with the EMEA Marketing team to develop program metrics & effective tactics mix. Measures and evaluates short- and long-term impact and ROI against goals; implements adjustments as required.
• Oversee the management of the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program to enquire about target ROI and optimize partner collaboration and marketing impact.
• Design and implement partner marketing campaigns that support business growth and strengthen partner relationships.
• Possess significant experience in channel marketing, including working with partners and distributors to drive sales and market penetration.
• Provide the Sales team with targeted marketing strategies and tools to drive revenue generation.
• Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing activities that expand their market presence.
• Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to improve future campaigns.
• Travel is required to engage with Partner Success Managers, Distributor Account Managers, sales leaders, and key partners, as well as to attend strategic events, with 50% travel expected.
