Lead Digital Designer

We are looking for a Lead Digital Designer to join our mission of protecting the digital world.

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and continuous improvement of Acronis' website, ecommerce experiences, and a range of special digital projects. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping user experiences and visual design across multiple platforms, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and functional clarity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of visual direction, attention to detail, and the ability to lead digital design initiatives from concept to delivery within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Designing and optimizing the UX/UI of the corporate website and ecommerce flows
• Leading the development of landing pages and digital campaign materials
• Maintaining and evolving a scalable, coherent design system
• Creating high-impact key visuals for products, initiatives, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product, and marketing

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for websites and ecommerce platforms
• Deep understanding of ecommerce user flows, conversion principles, and checkout optimization
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable design systems in Figma
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web standards
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (OpenAI, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly etc.) to accelerate concepting and creative exploration
• Familiarity with motion design is a plus
• Understanding of front-end (HTML/CSS) is a plus
• Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
• High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills
• Collaborative, team-player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
