Acquisition NexGen is currently in search of a part-time Graphic Designer / Executive Assistant for a large Consulting Firm.
This is a 100% Remote / Part-Time (5-20 hours per week) role.
We’re looking for a highly polished Graphic Designer / Executive Assistant who can bring a blend of creativity, professionalism, and responsiveness to a client-facing role. This is a part-time, remote opportunity supporting a high-visibility consulting engagement, with a strong preference for candidates who can work West Coast hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and elevate client deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, corporate reports, funding proposals, and executive-level documentation
- Translate raw content into clean, compelling visual formats (slide design, layout, graphics, visual storytelling)
- Provide responsive Executive Assistant support during working hours (scheduling, coordination, documentation, etc.)
- Handle overnight graphic design requests with quick turnaround times
- Interface directly with client managers, executives, and stakeholders—professional presence is essential
Ideal Candidate:
- 5–7 years of experience in graphic design and executive support, preferably in a Big 4 / Management Consulting environment
- Fluent in PowerPoint and visual design principles for corporate/consulting audiences
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Highly responsive and available to work during Pacific Time hours
