You will join a fast-growing, data-driven growth marketing agency and become a key member of our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) department. Your work will directly shape how prospects experience our clients’ digital properties, from the first click to the final conversion.
You will have real ownership over landing page experiences, freedom to experiment across platforms, and a seat at the table where design decisions meet performance data. We value curiosity, iteration, and measurable impact.
What you will be responsible for
CRO & Landing Page Design
- Design and optimize high-converting landing pages tailored to specific campaigns and audience segments
- Apply UX best practices (hierarchy, CTA placement, form design, trust signals) to maximize conversion
- Collaborate with CRO Analysts to align page design with ad creative and messaging
Multi-Platform Page Building
- Build and maintain landing pages and website sections across tools, including Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace, and other CMS or page builder platforms as needed
- Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of your own designs with zero dependency on a separate developer for standard page builds
- Maintain a library of reusable components and design tokens across platforms
- Designing culturally authentic, “Arabic-first” digital experiences by adapting RTL layouts, typography, and UX patterns while maintaining brand consistency across both Arabic and English platforms.
Minimal Front-End Development
- Write clean HTML/CSS to customize templates beyond built-in builder capabilities
- Apply basic JavaScript or platform-specific scripting (e.g., Unbounce scripts) for interactive elements, conditional logic, and form enhancements
- Troubleshoot rendering issues across browsers and devices
- Collaborate with developers for more complex custom integrations, providing clear design specs and annotated handoffs
UX Research & User Testing
- Conduct lightweight user research, wireframes, low-fi prototypes, and usability walkthroughs
- Build interactive prototypes in Figma for stakeholder review and user testing
- Document findings and translate them into actionable design improvements
Design Systems & Asset Production
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system across all digital touchpoints
- Produce UI assets for web, email, and ad placements in coordination with the Marketing team
- Ensure visual consistency between landing pages, website sections, email templates, and paid ad creatives
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance of pages you design (bounce rate, conversion rate, scroll depth, CTR)
- Provide monthly design performance reports to the CRO team
- Proactively suggest redesigns or iterations based on data, not just feedback
Who we are looking for
Absolute Must-Haves
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on performance-oriented digital experiences
- Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems)
- Hands-on experience building pages in at least two of: Unbounce, HubSpot, Squarespace, or similar platforms
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS, able to customize simple templates without a developer
- Arabic speaker with strong Arabic-first design skills (RTL layouts, Arabic typography, cultural nuance)
- Understanding of CRO fundamentals, you know what a good CTA looks like and why
- Strong attention to detail: pixel-perfect designs, consistent spacing, and accessible color contrast
- Growth mindset: comfortable with data, experimentation, and iterating on your own work
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with JavaScript for lightweight front-end scripting
- Experience with Webflow, WordPress (Elementor/Gutenberg), or similar CMS tools
- Knowledge of Google Optimize, VWO, or other A/B testing platforms
- Basic motion design skills (micro-interactions, animated CTAs) using CSS or Lottie
- Experience working in a marketing agency or with performance marketing teams
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
