You'll own Canada end-to-end - from creative strategy to campaign execution. No massive team to manage (yet), just you driving £7-8M annual spend across Meta, TikTok, Snap and search. Pure paid social focus where creative is king.

What you'll actually be doing:

• Building campaigns from scratch, not just strategising
• Briefing their 15-person creative team (you need to know exactly what you want)
• Scaling subscription acquisition, not just one-off sales
• Growing from £7M to £10M+ with serious growth potential beyond

You're perfect if you:

• Started as a paid social exec/media buyer and progressed to head of level
• Have genuine creative flair and can build ads that convert
• Know subscription D2C inside out (LTV, retention, the works)
• Have managed £5M+ budgets across multiple platforms
• Want to own something, not just optimise someone else's work

You'll build toward GM level, running Canada as your own business within their proven framework.
